What challenges you are going to face?
– Conducting recruitment projects in the area of IT (in Poland and abroad)
– Search strategy definition and execution
– Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Technical departments
– Conducting interviews
– Developing job offers and negotiating the conditions (rates, terms etc.)
– Assuring quality of the applications’ database (application selection, entering into the system, updating information etc.)
– Supporting Employer branding activities
– Representing the company during industry events (conferences, job fairs, etc.)

What do we expect from you?
– 2-3 years of experience in recruitment projects for positions in IT industry
– Good understanding of the latest technologies and software solutions
– Knowledge of the direct search methodology and experience in its practical use
– Creativity and consistency in achieving goals
– Ability to organize work perfectly
– Knowledge of the methodology and tools supporting recruitment processes (LinkedIn, Facebook, advertisment portals for IT industry, etc.)
– Knowledge of the specifics of foreign labor markets (Europe and / or America) will be a plus
– English – min. B2 (C1 level preferable)
